Risk Disclosure

Not financial advice, not a promise of profit. This page says plainly what that means.

This page exists to say the risks out loud instead of burying them in fine print. Our statistics page backs this up with sourced numbers rather than a general warning alone.

This is not financial advice

Nothing on this site, in the bot, or in our guides is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. We describe how a product works and what the numbers on screen mean. Whether to trade, and how much, is a decision only you make.

Meme-coin trading is speculative

Most meme coins have no underlying product, no revenue, and no guarantee of lasting demand. Most traders lose money, and a token's price can go to zero. Treat any amount you trade as money you could fully lose.

Prices and execution are never guaranteed

A quote can expire before you confirm, expiring after 60 seconds. The route Jupiter finds can change between the quote and the fill, which is why price impact is always shown as an estimate. Slippage is the number that is actually enforced. None of this guarantees you get the price you saw, only that you know the terms before you confirm.

Some tokens cannot be sold at all

Before the buy button appears, Rayo checks for freeze authority, a Token-2022 transfer hook, and whether there is a real route back to SOL. These checks reduce the chance of buying something you can never sell, they do not eliminate it. An explicit "buy anyway" override exists for when you choose to proceed regardless, and using it means you accept that risk.

You are responsible for your keys and your addresses

Your wallet's private key is stored encrypted so the bot can sign for you, and you can export it any time from /wallet. Once it is exported, or once you paste a token address or a deposit network, that action is yours and cannot be undone by us. We never message you first, and we never ask for your key outside that export screen.

Our own infrastructure is a risk too

The risk we cannot bring to zero is our own server being breached. We mitigate that with key-only SSH access and encrypted nightly backups, but no operator can honestly promise it never happens. That is exactly why exporting your key and moving funds to a wallet only you control is always an option, not a hoop to jump through.

Frequently asked questions

Does Rayo guarantee profits?

No. Nobody can, and anyone who claims to is not being honest with you. Meme-coin trading is highly speculative and most traders lose money.

What happens if I send to the wrong address or the wrong network?

It is gone, and it is irreversible. Nobody, including us, can recover funds sent to the wrong place. This is exactly why the deposit screen inside the bot names the network explicitly before you send anything.
