This page describes what you are agreeing to by using Rayo. It is written in plain language on purpose. Our risk disclosure covers the trading side in more detail, and our privacy page covers what data we keep.
What Rayo is
Rayo is a Telegram bot that lets you trade Solana tokens through Jupiter's routing. When you press Start, Rayo creates a Solana wallet for you and stores the private key encrypted on our server, because the bot needs it to sign the trades you ask for. You can export that key at any time from the export button inside /wallet. Once you export it, what you do with it is entirely your own responsibility.
Fees
Rayo charges 1% of each trade, or 0.9% if you joined through someone's invite link. That fee comes out of the amount you name, not added on top of it. Solana's own network fee, and a priority fee if you choose one, apply on top and are not ours: they go to the network, not to us.
Nothing here is guaranteed
Rayo does not guarantee that any trade executes, that it executes at the price quoted, or that a token you buy can later be sold. Quotes expire, prices move, liquidity can disappear, and a token can turn out to have code that blocks selling. We show you the warnings we have before you confirm; we do not promise an outcome.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the token address you paste, the network you deposit on, and the amount you confirm. Pasting the wrong address, sending on the wrong network, or confirming a trade you did not mean to cannot be reversed by us, because none of those actions happen on our infrastructure, they happen on the Solana network directly.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator, Rayo Trade. We are leaving that line general for now rather than naming a specific jurisdiction until the owner confirms one; this page will be updated once that is settled.

Frequently asked questions
Can these terms change?
Yes. We may update them as the bot changes. Continuing to use Rayo after an update means you accept the current version, the same as with most software you did not sign a paper contract for.
Who operates Rayo?
Rayo Trade. We keep this page to the operator name rather than a personal name or a mailing address.
