Rayo needs some information to work at all, a trading bot cannot sign trades or track your history without keeping something. This page lists exactly what that is.
What we store
- Your Telegram ID and username, so the bot knows it's you between messages.
- Your language preference, so replies come back in the language you set.
- Your wallet's public key, the address, not the private key's plaintext (the private key itself is stored encrypted, exportable only by you from
/wallet). - Your trade history inside the bot: what you bought, sold, when, and at what price, so
/positionsand/historycan show you accurate numbers.
What we never ask for or store
- No email address.
- No identity verification, no ID document, no photo, no KYC of any kind.
- No phone number beyond what Telegram itself already has for your account, which we never see.
How we use it
Strictly to run the bot: signing the trades you request, calculating your PNL, tracking referral earnings across the five levels, and replying in your chosen language. Nothing here is used to profile you for advertising, because we don't run any.
How long we keep it
As long as your account is active. If you want your data removed, email us and we will act on that request.

No. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers. It exists to make the bot work: sign your trades, show your history, and pay your referrals.
How do I ask you to delete my data?
Email hola@rayotrade.com from the same Telegram account if possible, or with your Telegram username, and tell us you want your account data removed.
